This policy applies to:
- All Chemgold employees and contractors.
- Our suppliers and business partners across the refining, manufacturing, and distribution of precious metal products.
- Third-party partners and service providers working with Chemgold.

Implementation

- Document and monitor corrective actions where violations are identified.
- Provide or support legitimate remedy processes where adverse human rights impacts are identified.
- Communicate annually with stakeholders on human rights progress and activities.
Governance
Human rights at Chemgold are overseen by our Compliance Team, led by the Operations Manager. The Compliance Team is responsible for:
- Reviewing this policy annually or when significant changes occur.
- Ensuring integration of human rights standards across operations and supply chains.
- Escalating any material non-compliances to the executive leadership.
Public Commitment
Chemgold will make this policy publicly available on our website and ensure it is shared with suppliers as part of our onboarding and ongoing business relationships.
